CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to the nutrition services provided by Wellness by Nutrition, ABN 69 563 614 006.

All appointments are VIRTUAL, this means they are conducted online via video teleheath call.  

​If you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment it is requested that 24 hours notice be provided.

Online consultations are to be paid in full prior to the consultation unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you cancel your appointment or do not turn up to your appointment, the deposit or payment made in advance will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. This is due to the preparation work that goes into each appointment prior.

​If you pay for your appointment or program in full or in part you will be issued with a credit and you have 6 months to use this credit in full. Please note there are no refunds available for consultations/programs paid for in full or in part.
