Food is such a powerful tool in helping us lead a better healthier life. I myself was very surprised when I first discovered this, with my own health journey, which lead me to become a Nutritionist.
My story and my bachelor's degree in Nutrition as well as some other research, lead me to realise that our gut health is so connected to all parts our health and that food has the power to either help or diminish that. Sometimes we often forget about how powerful food is, thus neglecting how we treat and feed our body. But if you think of it this way, we only have one body. So, why wouldn’t we eat food that is good for our health, that helps nourish, heal and fuel our body. With this in mind, great nutrition doesn’t have to be overwhelming or complicated. I have shown so many of my clients how simple it is, when you have the tools on what and how to eat, for their specific needs and lifestyle.
